SdDMW Personal Injury Associate Glenn D. Kohles, Jr., Esq. graduated the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court’s pupilage program and attended the graduation ceremony and dinner in Bergen County on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
The Justice Morris Pashman Inn is a civil American Inn of Court based in Bergen County that was created by a group of dedicated Judges and senior trial practitioners for the purpose of teaching and mentoring young lawyers in the skills of trial advocacy, civility, professionalism, and ethics.
Led by Inn President, the Hon. Gregg A. Padovano, J.S.C., and the executive board, the Pashman Inn meets once a month for ten months a year in two-year terms at the Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey. The Inn also holds additional pupilage sessions where pupils performed opening statements, direct and cross-examinations of witnesses, and closing arguments in a product liability wrongful death case. This is all done under the eye and tutelage of Barristers and Masters of the Inn—sitting and retired Judges, as well as other seasoned trial lawyers.
Glenn joined the Inn of Court for its 2024-2026 term based upon the advice of the Hon. William I. Arbuckle, U.S.M.J. (Ret.), for whom Glenn served as a Judicial Extern to at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Glenn plans to utilize the sharpening of his trial advocacy skills in continuing to zealously advocate for his clients in personal injury matters, including trucking, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and car crash cases, as well as wrongful death, product liability, and premises liability matters.
