Timothy Tucker, Esq. Joins the Firm’s Family Law Department

Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri Webb LLC is pleased to announce that Timothy Tucker has joined the firm’s Family Law Department as an Associate attorney in our Bridgewater office.

Prior to joining the firm, Timothy served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John J. Burke III, P.J.F.P., in the Somerset County Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. He brings a robust and diverse legal background to his family law practice, having previously gained valuable experience with both the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office. Prior to his experience at the prosecutor’s office, as an undergraduate at Rutgers, Timothy interned with the Honorable Lisa M. Adubato, J.S.C.

Timothy earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he distinguished himself by participating in the esteemed Leadership Fellows program under Professor Paula Franzese. He is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Somerset County Bar Association.
