Overview
Kimberly E. Begley is an associate at Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC in the Family Law practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Kim served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patricia J. O’Dowd, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Chancery Division, Family Part from August 2023 to August 2024. During her clerkship, Kim handled matters in both the matrimonial and domestic violence dockets.
While attending law school, Kim participated in the Family Law Clinic at Seton Hall Law’s Center for Social Justice where she represented a client in a matter involving adoption, custody and parenting time, and domestic violence. Additionally, she was a member of Seton Hall’s Interscholastic Moot Court Board. In 2022, Kim and her moot court partner were crowned the National Champions of the 34th Annual Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition hosted by Albany Law School.
Kim is a proud New Jersey native. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, listening to live music, exploring new cities, and cheering on the New York Giants.
