Overview
Matthew R. Eichen is an associate with Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC in the firm’s Personal Injury department. He is certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Matthew focuses his practice on all aspects of personal injury and has represented clients in Superior Court throughout New Jersey as well as federal court.
Matthew was born and raised in New Jersey. While attending Law School at Rutgers Camden, he was a Mock Trial Competition Team member. He was named the 2010 Regional Mock Trial Champion at a competition in New York City. He went on to compete in nationally recognized mock trial competitions hosted by the American Association for Justice in Las Vegas, where he earned honors for oral advocacy.
Matthew has since represented clients throughout New Jersey. Matthew has conducted jury trials in both personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Using his advocacy skills Matthew has also successfully argued cases before the Appellate Division.
Matthew considers being an attorney a privilege and thrives on advocating for clients who have been wronged through no fault of their own. Fighting to right these wrongs is his passion.
