Mitchell A. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami School of Business and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He thereafter served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wischusen, J.S.C., gaining invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and trial practice. His business background enhances his ability to analyze complex damages, insurance structures, and corporate liability issues in high-exposure cases.

Since joining the firm, Mitch has been deeply involved in high-stakes litigation, including a nearly two-month-long birth injury trial that resulted in a multi-million-dollar settlement on the eve of verdict and helped establish New Jersey Supreme Court precedent. He has also achieved numerous substantial recoveries and settlements in cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, wrongful death claims, and a wide range of premises liability matters, including slip-and-fall injuries, snow and ice accidents, and dangerous or defective property conditions.
