Welcome Emily R. Carstensen!

Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC is proud to announce that Emily Carstensen, Esq. has joined our firm as Counsel. Emily brings with her over ten years of experience in matrimonial law.

Emily was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2006 after graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law. Since then, she has handled a variety of family law matters such as: complex equitable distribution cases, custody and child support applications, domestic violence (Temporary and Final Restraining Orders) trials, post-divorce applications and prenuptial agreements.

Emily has been widely recognized among her peers in the family law community, receiving the honor of “Rising Stars” from 2012 through 2017. Furthermore, she was recognized by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys in 2016.

Emily is regularly appointed as Guardian Ad Litem to represent the best interests of children in custody and parenting time matters. She has extensive knowledge as to the inner workings of the court system and we are confident that she will serve as an excellent addition the firm.
