Daniel B. Devinney, Partner, and Paul M. da Costa, Chair and Partner, of the Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Departments obtained a $1.25 million settlement in a Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) case involving toxic exposure through clients’ employment at NJ Transit.  FELA provides compensation to railroad workers who are injured on the job.
