Albertina “Abby” Webb Joins Firm’s Family Law Practice Group

Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC is pleased to announce that Albertina “Abby” Webb has joined the firm’s Family Law practice group as a Partner.

Abby will continue to concentrate her practice on matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, alimony, pre-judgment and post-judgment matters, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence matters.  She serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, mediator, and arbitrator as appointed by the court or selected by the parties. 

“Abby is well-known in the family law practice as a skilled litigator and powerful advocate for her clients. Her knowledge and decades of experience will be a tremendous asset to our clients as we continue to expand the Family Law practice group and firm.  We are excited to welcome Abby to our team,” said Angelo Sarno, Founding Member and Managing Partner of the firm.

Abby is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Eastern District Court of New York, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York.  She earned her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.S. from John Jay College Criminal Studies.

She is an active member and immediate past president of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, and co-chair of the family law section for the Hispanic National Bar Association.  She is currently the co-chair of the Diversity Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association and is active on several New Jersey State Bar and Supreme Court Committees. 

Abby is a frequent speaker on domestic violence, emancipation, and matrimonial practice.
