Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC is pleased to announce that Partner Paul M. da Costa has been appointed to the New Jersey Association for Justice (“NJAJ”) Board of Governors. The NJAJ is an association composed of members from across the State of New Jersey. Members include attorneys in both private practice and public service, as well as others associated with the legal field, like paralegals and law students.

The mission of the NJAJ is: “to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and of the State of New Jersey; to advance the science of jurisprudence; to educate and train in all fields and phases of advocacy; to promote the administration of justice for the public good; to uphold the honor and dignity of the profession of the law; and especially to advance the cause of those who are damaged in person or property and who must seek redress therefore; to encourage brotherhood among the members of the bar; and to uphold and improve the adversary system and trial by jury.”

Mr. da Costa is an ideal member of the Board of Governors to help NJAJ carry out its mission. As a partner at Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC, Mr. da Costa fights for the rights of clients who have been victims of medical malpractice, and clients that have suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, construction accidents, unsafe prescriptions drugs, unsafe medical devices and other unsafe consumer products. Because of his efforts to “right the wrongs” committed against his clients, Mr. da Costa has been named a New Jersey Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
