Congratulations to Edward S. Snyder on His Fellow of the Year Award from the AAML

Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC is proud to announce that founding partner Edward S. Snyder, Esq., was given the unique distinction and honor as the first recipient of the Fellow of the Year Award from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  Ed was presented with this prestigious award during the AAML annual installation dinner on June 6, 2015. Ed was commended for his dedicated service to the AAML and for his numerous achievements in the field of family law.

Ed has been a matrimonial attorney for over 40 years and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1973.  In 1999, Ed was recognized by his peers as the recipient of the Saul Tischler Award from the Family Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association for lifetime achievement in family law.  He has also been awarded the Silver Shingle from Boston University, where he earned his J.D, for outstanding service to the legal profession. 

Over the course of his career, Ed has represented thousands of clients and has achieved excellent results in a professional manner.  He has argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey on three occasions, including for the winning side in a nationally celebrated case of Konzelman v. Konzelman.  Ed has lectured throughout the country on custody and matrimonial matters.  He served as a member of the Council of the Section of Family Law of the American Bar Association from 1984 to 1990 and he is a former chairman of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ed is a charter fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He was elected a Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers whose membership is limited to only 100 trial lawyers throughout the country.
