Paul da Costa Speaks at NJ Hot Topics in Med Mal Law Seminar
Partner, Paul M. da Costa, will be a speaker at the 22nd Annual NJ Hot Topics in Medical Malpractice Law Seminar on October 27th, 2018. This seminar is set to address developments made within the medical malpractice field in the last twelve months, and the seminar will review every published and unpublished medical malpractice case and all relevant developments in New Jersey medical malpractice law over the last year.
This seminar is moderated by Abbott Brown, Esq., Jon Lomurro, Esq. and Gary Riveles, Esq., (Co-authors of New Jersey Medical Malpractice Law (7th Ed. 2018), and includes a panel of two plaintiffs and two defense malpractice lawyers. This program is traditionally attended by a substantial number of the most experienced medical malpractice trial lawyers from both sides of the malpractice bar, who actively participate in the discussion. As such, this seminar provides a unique opportunity to engage in a discussion of every new malpractice case and development, as well as important policy issues.
