Welcome New Associates Julie R. Katz and Payal G. Thakkar

Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC is pleased to welcome two new attorneys, Julie R. Katz and Payal G. Thakkar, to our rapidly expanding family law team. They will both be residents in the firm’s Roseland office serving the entire State of New Jersey.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Katz practiced exclusively family law at Laufer Dalena Cadicina Jensen & Boyd LLC. Since graduating from Villanova University School of Law in 2010, she has made her presence known in the family law community. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Section and Young Lawyer Division, the Middlesex County Bar Association, Union County Bar Association and the Barry Croland Family Law Inns of Court. 

Ms. Thakkar joined from Rotolo Karch Law, where she practiced family law. Prior to that, she served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., J.S.C. of the New Jersey Judiciary, Family Division, at the Somerset County Courthouse in Somerville, NJ. She is also a trained mediator in family law issues.
