Given what we know today, we believe it is our duty to prioritize the health and safety of our clients and employees above all else. Our management team is consistently monitoring the CDC and WHO websites and are ensuring all recommendations and updates are being followed. As the situation develops, we will be implementing changes to our day to day routine as needed, in an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

To ensure no cases are adversely affected by the possibility of office closures, Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC has already implemented strategies to ensure our staff can work remotely while maintaining the access and efficiency necessary to fulfill all daily tasks – there should be no interruption to our approach to your case if an office closure is required. However, please be advised that the courts may most likely be closing and access will be very limited. Following suit we do not expect mediations to occur live, but rather via other conferencing/teleconferencing mediums. We have already implemented the necessary strategies to ensure that we can facilitate this functionality as well.
