Overview
Glenn D. Kohles, Jr. is an Associate at Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri Webb LLC. Glenn has spent his legal career deeply committed to representing injured individuals, and his vigorous courtroom advocacy is a testament to his passionate approach to serving clients. His journey into law was fueled by a strong interest in courtroom advocacy and a desire to represent people who have been harmed. As a Life Member of the Million- and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and having been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff’s Lawyer in New Jersey by the National Trial Lawyers, Glenn’s advocacy for his clients has not went unnoticed.
Before joining the firm, Glenn excelled in complex personal injury cases and mass tort matters, including motor vehicle, premises liability, dog bite, product liability, and environmental tort actions. Glenn has represented clients afflicted by orthopedic injuries, such as spine injuries and broken bones, traumatic brain injuries, scarring, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and cancers such as various subtypes of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Glenn returns to New Jersey-based personal injury practice after litigating product liability and mass tort matters for hundreds of clients in State and Federal Courts across the country, Glenn has been involved in:
- A landmark $15 million settlement in a premises liability case resulting in Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (“CRPS”);
- A confidential $2M+ recovery for a woman injured by an alleged drunk driver;
- Playing central roles in multiple six-, seven-, and eight-figure recoveries;
- Spearheading the Multi-County Litigation designation of Roundup Product Litigation in New Jersey State Courts in Bergen County; and
- Litigation of other product liability and mass tort matters, such as
- In re: Suboxone Film Products Liability Litigation, MDL 3092 (N.D. Ohio);
- In re: Depo-Provera Products Liability Litigation, MDL 3140 (N.D. Florida)
Glenn also counseled a former firm related to sponsorship contracts with major professional sports teams and assisted in both affirmative and defensive litigation on in-house matters.
Glenn formerly served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Walter F. Skrod, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage; interned for the Hon. Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C., in the same Court; and externed for the Hon. William Arbuckle, U.S.M.J., at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
He is a graduate of Penn State Law, where he participated in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic; was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team; and competed in several Mock Trial competitions.
