Overview

Jacqueline F. Pivawer, Esq., Associate, of the Firm’s Morristown office is a seasoned litigator in all family and matrimonial legal matters. Jackie generously served the New Jersey Public Defender’s office as pool counsel for Parental Representation to assist in the most serious of cases, termination of parental rights (DCP&P) for many years.

Jackie has also previously served as an Assistant Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Newark, and Assistant Corporation Counsel, Litigation Division for the City of Newark.

She has previous experience working at a plaintiff’s personal injury and worker’s compensation firm, and before beginning her legal career, Jackie was a Housing Manager for the New York City Housing Authority.

Jackie is a member of MENSA. She is also an accomplished artist and world traveler.
