Overview

Michelle M. Nestor is an associate attorney at Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri Webb LLC in the Family Law practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kimberley S. Casten, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County, Chancery Division, Family Part from August 2024 to August 2025. During her clerkship, Michelle handled matters in the non-dissolution and domestic violence dockets. She also mediated cases in the special civil part landlord/tenant docket.
While attending Rutgers University Law School, Michelle participated in the Federal Income Tax clinic, offering legal services to low-income New Jersey residents involved in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. Michelle served as the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. In 2023, her article, “Can Websites Be Left Home Alone, or Do They Need a Babysitter?: An Analysis of New York State’s New Social Media Regulation”, was published in Volume 50, Number 1 of the journal. Michelle was the fundraising co-chair for the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and a member of the Women’s Law Forum.
