Overview
Sarah Sedlack joined Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri in September 2018. After law school, she completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Mark T. Janeczko, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Family Part, from August 2017 to August 2018.
During her clerkship, Sarah handled matrimonial matters involving issues pertaining to custody, equitable distribution, child support, alimony, and domestic violence. Sarah was certified by the New Jersey Administrative Offices of the Courts as a court mediator and she conducted meditations in small claims, landlord-tenant, and dissolution matters during her clerkship.
While attending law school, Sarah was Senior Notes Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Journal. Additionally, she participated in the Rutgers Law School Child Advocacy Clinic, where she handled child abuse and neglect cases involving the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP).
