Tanya and her team care deeply about the clients. She strategizes for the best results for clients and children. Tanya prides herself in giving the same advice that she would give to her own family members. Tanya has successfully represented individuals with complex financial matters and assets, including closely held businesses, pension plans, partnerships, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), stock options, tax and estate planning matters involved in family law cases. She works with top-level experts to help clients achieve the best results.
Tanya believes that settlement is best for children and families and is very effective at helping parties reach resolution but recognizes that sometimes pursuing the matter in Court or through Arbitration is necessary. She handles cases throughout New Jersey in Essex, Morris, Bergen, Somerset and Union counties.
Tanya is direct and practical and will always try to negotiate or mediate a matter first to resolve the case amicably, however if she cannot obtain a fair and reasonable settlement outside of Court, Tanya and her team are prepared to properly defend the matter through its conclusion.
Tanya is an active supporter of the Boys and Girls Club and the Jewish Law Symposium. She is an author and speaks about family law matters throughout New Jersey.
She will also handle matters in New York City as she is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
