Class Action Lawsuit in Response to Jersey City Water Main Break
Partner, Paul M. da Costa, Esq. & Of Counsel, Tom Paciorkowski, Esq. File Class Action Lawsuit in Response to Jersey City Water Main Break
Paul M. da Costa, Esq. and Tom Paciorkowski, Esq. have filed a class action on behalf of the residents of Jersey City and Hoboken in response to the recent water main break. On April 28, 2020, construction work led to a water main break that affected thousands of Hoboken and Jersey City residents unable to access running and clean water amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Residents were forced to purchase bottled water and unable to bathe, wash hands and sanitize: a disruption that was far from welcome in the days of social distancing and the Covid-19 pandemic.
One article written by JerseyDigs.com estimates that “over 318,000 people” may have been affected by the incident. Click here to read the full article.
