In Wayne, New Jersey, Dr. Leonard Joachim recently had his license revoked after reports of inappropriate sexual conduct with patients, as reported

Dr. Joachim pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting patients in 1995.  He was sentenced to probation and was thereafter required to have a chaperone in the room when performing exams on female patients.  The most recent case is a similar sexual assault on a female patient, who he treated after-hours when no other staff were present.  The medical board disciplining him believed that after multiple acts, there was no way to prevent him from being a danger to women patients.
