Jerry D’Aniello, Adelaide Riggi and Emily Carstensen to Speak at NJAJ Boardwalk Seminar
Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Macri is proud to announce Partner Jerry S. D’Aniello, Partner Adelaide Riggi and Counsel Emily R. Carstensen will be speakers at the upcoming NJAJ Boardwalk Seminar 2021 on June 29th and 30th, 2021.
Mr. D’Aniello is serving as a Co-Chair of the Matrimonial Program focusing on “Navigating Pandemic & Post Pandemic Custody Issues”. The panel will include Hon. Julie Marino (Somerset County Superior Court), Ms. Riggi, and Ms. Carstensen. Mr. D’Aniello will guide the discussion and focus on Custody and Parenting Time Mediation as a means of alternate dispute resolution. Ms. Riggi will address the use of Parenting Time Coordinators to deal with Parenting Time Issues and Ms. Carstensen will focus on the use of a Guardian Ad Litem. The program will take place via zoom on Tuesday, June 29th from 11:00 am-12:15 pm.

Jerry S. D’Aniello, the managing partner of the Somerset County office in Bridgewater, devotes his practice exclusively to all aspects of divorce and family law. He is also a court-appointed custody mediator and is admitted to the rosters of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases for thirteen New Jersey counties, including Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer, Morris, and Union.

Adelaide Riggi, a partner in the firm’s Bridgewater office, devotes her practice exclusively to all aspects of divorce and family law. She joined the firm in 2016, expanding our Somerset County footprint. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, who is a staple in the Somerset and Morris County legal communities. Adelaide is actively involved in the Somerset County Bar Foundation and is the immediate past Chair, a nonprofit organization that reaches out to the public and the local legal community to offer programs, services, and funding.

Emily R. Carstensen serves as counsel to the firm and devotes her practice exclusively to matrimonial and family law. Additionally, Emily provides pro bono legal representation for victims of domestic violence through the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Program. Emily is regularly appointed by the judiciary and her peers as Guardian Ad Litem and Parenting Coordinator to represent the best interests of children in custody and parenting time matters. Emily provides pro bono legal advice through the JBWS legal clinic. Her hard work and dedication have landed her recognition within the legal community.
