Partner Paul M. da Costa will be speaking at the Boardwalk Seminar 2022 program hosted by the New Jersey Association for Justice on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, and Friday, April 29, 2022. The program will be held at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. On Wednesday’s event, Paul will be discussing What Awards and Honors are Permissible on Your Law firm Website: How to Comply during the Ethics Seminar from 3:00 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. On Friday’s event, Paul will be discussing Liens during the Medical Malpractice Seminar from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

NJAJ’s Boardwalk Seminar 2022 will feature 20 programs presented for trial attorneys and includes outstanding local and regional speakers along with top national speakers. This year’s program features three days of thought leadership on topics related to improving the practice of plaintiff trial attorneys; the program has been approved for CLE credits. The NJAJ faculty includes top litigators from across the country.

Paul M. da Costa, Esq., is a partner at Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC, and he is the head of the firm’s Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury Department. He is a certified civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In 2021, Mr. da Costa was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to a three-year term as a member of the Board on Attorney Certification, Civil Certification Committee. Mr. da Costa is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)1 and a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. He has been admitted to practice law in both the State of New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Mr. da Costa has also been selected for inclusion in Woodward White’s The Best Lawyers in America.
