Paul da Costa & Nik Agharkar will Speak at the NJAJ Boardwalk Seminar
Paul M. da Costa and Nikhil S. Agharkar, will be a speaking at the Boardwalk Seminar program hosted by the New Jersey Association for Justice on May 10th, 2019. The program will be held at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. Paul will be discussing When the Plaintiff can Stop the Defense from Referencing the Fact that the Plaintiff Signed the Consent Form during the Medical Malpractice Seminar from 9:30am to 9:45pm. Nik will be speaking as part of the Lessons Learned From Mistakes I’ve Made series presented by the New Lawyers Section, he will be focusing on Paper Discovery. Throughout the day there will be a series of presenters covering a wide variety of Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Issues.
