Paul M. da Costa Quoted in Star Ledger Article, “No one tried to save their son, parents say in lawsuit.”
Paul M. da Costa, Partner and Chair of Snyder Sarno’s Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice department, was quoted in the Star Ledger article, “No one tried to save their son, parents say in lawsuit.”
The article discusses a lawsuit filed on behalf of Paul’s clients Kirk and Anabela Rossi over the death of their disabled 19 year old son, Matthew Rossi, while on a school bus.
Attorney Paul M. da Costa of Snyder Sarno D’Aniello Maceri & da Costa of Roseland, who worked on behalf of several families whose loved ones were sickened or died from adenovirus-related complications at the Wanaque Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, is representing Anabela and Kirk Rossi.
“We have to look ourselves in the mirror and ask are we treating these victims and families with the respect they deserve,” said da Costa. Matthew’s voice, he said, needed to be heard and “needs to be heard clearly.”
