Paul M. da Costa Quoted in The Wall Street Journal Article, “New Jersey Veterans’ Nursing Homes Gave Subpar Care During Covid Outbreak.”

Paul M. da Costa, Partner and Chair of Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC’s Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury departments, represented numerous families and staff members that fell victim to COVID-19 inside of the Veterans Memorial Homes at Menlo Park and Paramus.

The Wall Street Journal article discusses the U.S. Department of Justice investigation report regarding New Jersey’s state-run nursing homes for veterans which found that the veterans’ homes failed to provide reasonable care and safety in response to the Covid-19 pandemic in violation of the residents’ constitutional rights.
