Welcome New Counsel, Nik Agharkar, Esq. To Our Team!

Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC is pleased to welcome Nikhil (Nik) Agharkar, Esq., as counsel to the Personal Injury Team serving the state of New Jersey. Mr. Agharkar has dedicated his practice to standing up for those who are injured and severely disabled.

Prior to joining our firm Mr. Agharkar, graduated from the Whittier Law School and founded his own firm specializing in representing the injured and severely disabled. He quickly made his presence known by successfully representing multiple clients, helping them stand up to “those insurance companies the ordinary American thinks are too big to fight.”

An accomplished advocate, Mr. Agharkar understands the complex legal and medical issues his clients face after being injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. “The insurance industry has waged a war of deception against the American people for decades.” says Mr. Agharkar. “My motivation, my drive, comes from my clients. Often they have no idea where to turn. Either they themselves are injured or a very close friend or family member is injured. Things in their lives are turned upside down. It brings me a lot of joy to help them right the ship and take some burden off of them. I deal with the headaches so they can focus on healing.”
