Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC takes great pleasure in announcing its newest partner, Daniel B. Devinney, Esq.
Dan joined the firm in 2016, bringing with him extensive experience in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. He focuses his practice on complex personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, products liability, mass torts, and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Dan joined Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC in 2016 as an associate in our Roseland office, and by January 2018 he was promoted to Counsel. As of January 1st, Dan is officially a partner at the firm.
Dan graduated from Cornell University in 2002 and earned his J.D. from Seton Hall in 2007. Over the past three years with Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC, he has successfully litigated many medical malpractice and personal injury matters, having obtained substantial verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. His experience as a former medical malpractice defense attorney gives him a unique insight into how to gain success for his clients.
Daniel is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has experience arguing legal issues before the Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He has given lectures and presentations to the New Jersey Association for Justice.
