Partners Albertina Webb, Esq. and Michelle A. Wortmann, Esq. will both be presenting at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Symposium on Saturday, January 24, 2026, taking place at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Albertina Webb, Esq. will present during the session titled “Complex Issues in Custody Matters – Substance Abuse and Sexual Abuse Allegations in Family Law”. At the Firm, as a named Partner, Abby serves families in pre-nuptial, divorce, child custody, child support and domestic violence matters through resolution whether that is achieved by mediation, arbitration or trial.

Michelle A. Wortmann, Esq. will present during the “Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Client Pitfalls in Family Law” session of the Family Law Symposium. This session will review the advantages and potential pitfalls of advanced technology in custody and divorce proceedings. Michelle serves her practice on complex matrimonial issues, including custodial challenges.
