Paul da Costa and Jerry D’Aniello to Speak at the NJAJ Meadowlands Seminar
Partners, Jerry S. D’Aniello and Paul M. da Costa, will be speakers at the Meadowlands Seminar 2020 hosted by the NJAJ via the Pathable platform on December 8th and 9th, 2020. Jerry and Paul are pleased to speak at this annual seminar once again. On Tuesday, December 8th, Jerry will be speaking about Arbitration in Family Law Cases (1:30 pm – 2:45 pm) and Paul will be speaking about Conducting Virtual Depositions During COVID Times (9:00 am -10:15 am). Paul will be touching on techniques and best practices during the age of social distancing. On Wednesday, December 9th, Paul will be speaking again, this time at the Med Mal Seminar mock trial (11:00 am – 12:15 pm). Paul will be doing direct examination of an expert witness.
To register for this event click the here, this program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for CLE credit. The three-day event will offer 24 programs taught in 65 separate webinars by an esteemed faculty. The Meadowlands Seminar 2020 will be conducted on the Pathable platform, which was used for the Boardwalk Seminar 2020 earlier this year. You can earn more than 23.0 MCLE credits and 14.0 Ethics credits.
Pursuant to Regulation 201:08 regarding Alternate Verifiable Learning Formats, the Board on Continuing Legal Education has allowed all 24 credit hours for the compliance period to be fulfilled through approved courses offered in alternative verifiable learning formats.
*The New Jersey Supreme Court has suspended the live credit requirement for continuing legal education credits. Until further notice from the Court, all twenty-four credit hours for the compliance period may be fulfilled via live webcasts, webinars and other alternative verifiable formats.
